ELEVATING RECREATIONAL FISHING TO A NATIONAL PRIORITY

I smell a new bureaucracy being born. We already need to b licensed to fish (either commercial or freshwater, unless you are Indian approved, like David Suzuki). We need species tags to fish our rivers and if you are caught transporting a fish without one you could get fined or imprisoned. What next? Safe storage of fishing tackle? All fishing rods must be carried in rod cases and out of sight, but not concealed? Hooks and lures must be stored and transported separately in locked tackle boxes?
