I agree….that is out and out theft and people should be fully compensated for it. What exactly would be the reason for steeling ammo in the first place?
I guess the police are having an ammo shortage like the rest of us, or they were.

Why isn’t anyone pursuing the issue of the tons of ammunition seized and destroyed without explanation or compensation?
