There has been a lot of coverage on the numerous shootings in Toronto lately,this situation didnt occur overnight. I think it would be fair to say that Mr Blair either didnt see the growing problem or chose to egnore it.After all he was chief of police there when this problem was growing.It is also interesting to see that now he has a solution to the problem. This solution will impact everyone except the criminals doing the shooting.
