Dennis, thanks for your ongoing dedicated efforts to help in this fight for reasonable firearms laws, on behalf of all of us firearms owners. Very much appreciated !
You are very welcome Garry. Thanks for visiting my website and your kind words of support. It’s messages like these that keep me digging for the truth.
Dennis
As we all know there is a disconnect between the east and the west regarding all things political.
Regarding firearms laws, we should pursue more provincial control over these laws ie: Ontario should have the power to allow Toronto to ban whatever they want without imposing their will on the rest of the country.
Thanks for visiting my website B and adding your comments. With the passage of Bill C-68 in 1995, the Federal Government made simple possession of a firearm a Criminal Code offence thereby overriding the powers of the Provinces to regulate guns under section 92(13) of The Constitution Act respecting property and civil rights. In 2000, the provinces lost their Supreme Court challenge of Bill C-68 in the Reference re Firearms Act (Can.)
