So, this report is called a “notice” and is a Memo by RCMP. Does this new classification of 80% firearms come into effect right away. If, not when does it apply to imports and domestic sales? What if someone ordered an 80% G 22 on the 13th of June 2017, a day before the Memo was released to the public eye? The shipment was already under way, will it still be shipped according to the previous description?
