The Justin ruse, to have registry without the Liberals creating a new registry. Justin knows if he tried to create a new registry he would lose the next election. Giving a copy of the old gun registry to Quebec to help them in the court case. That has been launched, for an injunction against the Quebec gun registry. By abdicating the control over firearms the Supreme Court ruled thy had. It is not in the best interest of Canadians to give that right to any province.
